The Ontario Medical Association Insurance needed to address a critical gap: most physicians did not feel prepared for retirement, yet strongly desired a pension-like solution tailored to their profession. Research revealed that doctors want a retirement program that reflects the work they’ve put in, easy to manage, flexible across career stages, and backed by physician oversight. This led to the development of the “Reserve Your Retirement” creative platform and a multi-stage, omni-channel launch designed to build influence, generate demand, and capture early adopters. 

The rollout included targeted council outreach, educational and endorsement videos, a custom booth experience, a dedicated landing page, advertorial content in OMR and Scrub-In magazines, pre-registration packages aligned to different life stages, and a comprehensive print and digital launch campaign. Together, these efforts established a clear value proposition for the Advantages Retirement Plan and positioned it as a trusted, physician-focused retirement solution across Ontario’s medical community.
